When Rizzoli & Isles returns with its third season premiere, “What Doesn’t Kill You,” we are mere seconds after that undercover sting operation went horribly awry. Jane is forced to hand over her gun as evidence, while Maura can barely look at her former best friend, resigned to the fact that her mobster biological father was there to protect her, not threaten the police force that showed up. The case explodes when I.A. gets involved and Maura chooses to stay in the hospital, alternating between her father and mother’s bedsides, though, so the two spend the majority of the episode apart. Still, the tension that hangs over their head is thicker than ever.

Angie Talks Season Three

DigitalJournal.com has an article on the press conference Angie did a few days ago where she discusses the show, the show's influence on young girls, and the Gracie Awards.

Harmon said it’s really great to watch these two women work around their differences and the horrible situation that's happened, and come back together in Season 3. Also, the other characters recognize the love these two characters have for each other and will help Jane and Maura in their own ways to get back together.

Angie's Wish for All Men

The Huffington Post has printed Angie Harmon's Wish for All Men, which is the kick off of the campaign she is the face for regarding men's health and the fight against prostrate cancer.

Here is the honest truth: I'm incredibly lucky that none of the leading men in my life have been affected by prostate cancer. I know that at the mention of prostate cancer, I may have lost half of the men who started reading this, but you can't ignore the statistics: one in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime.
