Over at TVGuide.com, you'll find a list from straightless (straightless.tumblr.com/, straight_less@twitter) listing a handpicked suggestion of entertainment great for lesbians, both straightforward and subtexty. It's a good list, but what we found really great was their entry on Rizzoli & Isles:
“ described as the most gay TV Show, which is not gay...yet! I know how much confusing that sounds but really, though there are no indication of the alleged gay relationship between main characters you can actually hear the gay vibe buzzing like crazy. Eye-sex in every single episode. But the gayness is still denied by authors. I think they're all in denial. I'd say it's the most closeted tv show ;)
This tv show belongs to lesbian community, you can see it by the number of fan videos and fanfictions created from the story of these two. It's crazy. Right now I have no time reading books because i'm reading so many fanfictions. And i've never read those before in my life.
